Installed XP SP2, can't connect to Internet

I just installed my automatic update to Windows XP SP2. Now I can't
connect to the Internet through my Juno dial-up connection. I think I
disabled the Microsoft firewall (I already have Zone Alarm). When I
try to connect I get the following messages:

You are logged on.

Poor network connection. Redialing.

Remote modem not responding.

Unable to connect to the network at this time.

DNS fails: restart windows, after you go to start/run, and type CMD, then at
that prompt type: IPCONFIG /flushDNS and then : IPCONFIG /registerDNS
