Install w/out admin priv.

Wow, I and a bunch of others where I work were able to
install Microsoft Anti-Spyware Beta on our work Pc's. We
have NO ADMIN rights, or are even power users.

Is this correct, or a bug?

Both versions released so far explicitly require admin privileges to
install.
