Install of Micro soft antispyware beta

Downloaded okay but obtain the following message when
install wizard is run:
The wizard was interrupted before Microsoft antispyware
could be completely installed. To complete installation at
another time, please run setup again.

I have tried downloading again and have tried to run the
wizard numerous times even with Norton antivirus off and
it still gives same message.
I am running this on a windows ME machine.

To use Microsoft AntiSpyware, your computer must have one
of the following Windows operating systems:

Windows 2000 Professional

Windows XP Professional/Home Edition

Windows 2003 Server
