Install crashes video

Hi,
I have installed the UPgrade XP Pro into a separate partition from Win2k. When XP opens
my screen is scrambled with bars across the screen

Using Belarc Advisor in my Win2k installation I find the following information.

NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 [Display adapter]
Samsung 760/V/780 TFT [Monitor] (17.1"vis, s/n H4KR901420, September 2001)

When I tried a compatibility check from Win2k, no hardware warnings appeared.

What do I do next?

I am still not able to see the final part of XP install.

I have changed the resolution in W2k before restarting down to 800x600 at 60 hz.

I tried F8 and the VGA mode.

What happens is the I see clearly the statement "Setup is restarting",

Then the scrambled screen.

My video setup is;
NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200

I have checked the drivers for both and I have the latest.

I am open to any other suggestions.
