Info in emailed pictures

Is there any way to strip out all info from a digital camera picture before
emailing it? Just got a "recent" picture from a friend but after downloading
it to My Pictures I can read the time and date (2003!) it was taken, and
camera model just by resting the mouse index on the thumbnail.

Yes there is, with the right photo editor or possibly a file type
conversion.
It's also possible that the camera date/time was never set correctly, or
reverted due to a battery change.

Hi Jay,
You can go one step further re the info on a thumbnail'
Providing the photo has not been modified,
Right click the thumbnail / Properties / Summary / Advanced.
Can be very handy for camera buffs
