index.htm renamed to index.wml

Each time I publish using FP my homepage index.htm is renamed index.wml. How can I stop this happening?

Talk to your host. FP pulls the name of what to call the default file from
the web server. The web server must have index.wml at the top of the list
for some reason so FP changes the name to that.
