Incorrect version of MAPI32.DLL

Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

MAPILogin: Incorrect version of MAPI32.DLL (80004005)
Error connecting to Outlook.
Error Code = 101d

I have looked through the help section of Chapura, and one
thing they say to do is to make sure Outlook (I'm using
Outlook 2002) is the Default Mail Client. However, when I
go into my Internet Options, Outlook does not even appear
in the dropdown box for E-mail programs. How to I get it
to appear there so that I can select it to be my Default
Mail Client? Thanks.
