we are running Outlook 2007 with BCM. When I enter let's say client name it does not return the search and tells me it is not there. I look the client up by browsing the list with the help of the alphabet on the side or just simply by scrolling down. And when I enter the name in search again it finds it!
It does not matter if it is Capital or lowercase the first time around (it is spelled correctly!!) when I go to BCM from inbox or elsewhere the results are inconsistent. I am online all the time. It happens with most of the searches I perform. But not always. The search is just unreliable. I can recall the problem pretty much every time. It is consistently inconsistent. Why?
