When searching BCM contacts, sometimes the search comes back blank

When searching BCM contacts for "John Watson", the search will show "2 found"
at the lower left hand corner but the search screen will be blank as if it
didn't find any. I'll try again and the two John's will show up???

It appears to be really random. I'm using Outlook 2007 with BCM and SBS
2003 - brand new stuff.

It's annoying to have to search twice to get the contact to come up so you
can see it. It happen about 20% of the time. I search in the "main search
window" but it even happens in the "name" search box.

Hi,

well, this sounds like not a BCM issue because the search is handled by the
windows desktop search. Create a complete new index or restore the indes via
control panel.

Claus,
Thank you for the reply but I'm not an IT person. Could you be more specific?
When I double click Indexing Options, I'm not sure what to do next.

We have 7 computers on a new MS Exchange SBS 2003 using a single BCM
database on our SQL server. Several people (if not all) have the same
problem.

Chad,
We are having the same issue with Business Contact Manager. Did you ever
get this issue resolved? If so what did you have to do to resolve this.

Thanks
