import messages after reinstalling

I've had to do a factory reinstall. I did save each message as an Outlook
Express Mail message on my backup DVD. Is there a way to migrate each message
into Outlook?

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

You have to get your backup into OE, and then Export to OL
(Has to be on the same PC)
