Images not appearing in IE

I have a problem that is address I think in the KB.
However it does not allow you to download the patch. I
started through the online support and gave up. Can
someone direct me to this patch:

Clear the IE cache. I.E./Tools/Options/General/Delete files (and delete
offline content.) It's often recommended that the Temporary Internet Files
(folder) be kept at
40-50 MB. Bigger isn't necessarily better.
If still no joy then have a look at this page for other issues.

As for the fix from article 817177 just contact Microsoft and ask for the
fix only, nothing else, there will not be any charges. Make sure of it.
