What is the fix? When I click on an image properties, the
type is shown as "not known"

I am running windows 2000 professional.

I'm having the same problems, but who should we call?

Should we go through the process linked in the KB article, or should we use
the telephone number for support incidents? Or is the fix available
otherwise?
