Ijust joined MSN email w/my micro office & cant recieve emails

I've been to the self help and the tools did the manually & configure to
automatically retrieve new messages, just nothing. When I click the tool bar
send/recieve it appears for a flash sec then gone. Whats happening and can
someone help me. I am still new at this so be kind.

Ok yes its an HTTP I have been going thru that site you sent and it gave me
several things to do i printed them out and did it just as it said. I can now
recieve emails but not it will not let me know by a signal of any sort. I
wonder it I messed up something else. Smile I'm old and new at this . Maybe
not that old but very new at this. Any ideals would be great. thanks for
taking time to help me , this is the first time i have ever used a venue of
this to find how to fix a problem. Most the time i just call the cable people
or try and get someone from the store to talk me thru. So thanks
