cant recieve email

i'm using windows mail. everythings work. now i have connect a new email
adress for my work using their pop3 server.i have an inlog from them recieved
and the password.i'm signing me in and he had no errors. i can send with this
adress but not receive. my servers settings are correct. could someone help
me pleasse

Please copy / paste the entire error message for proper analysis. Also, who
is your ISP and the last part of your email address - AFTER the @ symbol?

de emailadress is (e-mail address removed)
i dont now what ISP is but my provider is telenet
my mail account uses pop3 : in.telenet.be
smtp : uit.telenet.be
for the @lm-united i must use(according to them) pop3 : server42.firtsfind.nl
smtp
: uit.telenet.be
the strange thing is i had no error messages and can send but when someone
sends me an e-mail i cant recieve.
He keeps saying no new messages

Don't you mean server42.firstfind.nl rather than server42.firtsfind.nl?
I see that the lm-united.nl domain is hosted by the web hosting
company FirstFind/Cyso.

If you go to the webmail portal:
http://webmail.server32.firstfind.nl/src/login.php
are you able to see the missing messages there?

Your ISP (Internet provider) is not really involved in this situation.

yes thats the one.
but even on the webmail portal its the same
when i send een email from there to my personal account it works.
but when i try to answer he aint receive either and there are also no messages

when answer that mail then i receive the message on my @lm-united.nl account

Since your webmail doesn't show those messages, it means they are
not on the firstfind.nl mail server. If the missing messages don't
make it to the firstfind.nl mail server, then there is no way that
Windows Mail can download them. It's not a Windows Mail issue.
It sounds like the mail server is dumping the messages because
it thinks they are spam. You need to work with the mail server tech
support reps.
