IIS Running on Local Host - Don't want to be web server?

W

What-a-Tool

I have IIS Running on my computer for local debugging of ASP.NET
applications.

The problem is that now my computer is accessible from the internet, which
is no good.

Can I have one without the other? -
If so, how do I keep others from seeing my computer as a web server?

Hi,

Disable anonymous access in IIS properties of the web site. Set a router to
block inbound requests on port 80.
