iexplore.exe Entry Point not found

I get this error now... when ever I try to open the Internet
Explorer...

iexplore.exe Entry Point not found The procedure entry point
internet get security info by URLW could not be located in the dynamic
link library WININET.dll

Im running Firefox in the meantime though...

Anyone know how to fix this?

Details? What OS? What version of IE? What version of wininet.dll
