Iexplore error message

I am getting a message box saying " is not a valid date,
whenever a new ie page is opened or refreshed. It also
happens when opening windows explorer except the message
box title is explorer not Iexplorer. After closing the
message box the application appears to run okay. Any
sugestions welcomed, its getting a bit annoying.
