IEXPLORE remains running

After closing all open Internet Explorer windows IEXPLORE still appears in
task manager. Why? I have about three that I have had to (right) click on
and End Task.

Sandy, I went to the link and didn't really find any instructions. I have
the same problem on this PC...if I have 3 IE windows open, then close them,
then look in Task Manager/Process, there are still 3 running...it does not
show up in the Application tab though. I have to kill the processes
individually in TM, then IE runs great.
