I used system restore and when I try to load my desktop I recieve an error
message stating could not find iertutil.dll try restalling and it should
work. I located the file on my computer thru the task manager. How do I
install the dll file?

Are you running Internet Explorer 7 beta? This is a runtime library for that
version browser.
