IE6 Problem in 2003

When I start IE6 on 2003 server, it only shows an icon on task bar,
but the main browser window not displayed.(I restart the 2003 server ,
but it did not help). I wonder how to fix it or reinstall IE6 in 2003
server. I check "add/remove" program, but did not find Internet
Explorer.

If you right click the button is Restore grayed out?
If so, IE may be a one pixel window or may be off-screen. Choose Resize or
Move and use the arrow keys to get it back on screen so you can get it set
the way you want.
