IE6 & OE very slow

The problem started when IE would crash after a few
seconds everytime you loaded it. So we used Netscape
instead. Now IE works but is very, very slow, as now is
Netscape. Also Outlook Express is very slow at
downloading emails. We are connecting via adelphia cable
link.

We have checked for viruses and emptied/deleted all
caches and temporary files.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried using Spybot Search & Destroy or Ad Aware?
Find Ad Aware at www.lavasoftusa.com
When your browser is very slow, its probably bogged down
with spyware.
