IE6 mail icon

The mail icon on the ie6 toolbar connects to hotmail
website instead of OE when I click on send a page or send
a link but correctly connects to OE when I click on read
mail or news. The options programs is set to OE. Is
there a place to edit the mail icon settings

Go to Start | Run and type this command, with the double quotes and spaces:

"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" /reg

and then make sure that OE is selected as the default mail program in both
IE and OE.
