IE6 error

When using IE6 to see bank details which is a secure site,
after entering account no. and password a new window with
white background opens
and the mesaage in window header is
'Please close this browser winodw immediately for
security reasons ...'.

The message displayed in the window is:
'While you login you may be requested to close this
window. We recommend you to close this window for security
purpose. Kindly close this window to securely access i-
netbanking.'

Is this a browser error something to do with secutity
settings or is it banking software error?

I am using Microsoft Windows 98 4.10.1998 .

Can somebody help?

not sure, try another browser, online banking is iffy at
best. what ever you do online can be seen.
