IE won't open as it always has

This morning, when I opened IE, it took forever (I use broadband) and when it
did finally appear, it said, "your browser can't locate the style and
presentation....." something or other and it does not display properly. I
have checked for updates and Microsoft.com shows my pc is updated with
latest. I use Norton Internet virus, updated, a firewall and the new
Microsoft Anti-spyware Beta.....

What's up with my IE and why won't it run properly?? what's the fix?

Such problems can be caused by the Temporary Internet Files cache. Try the
following and see if it helps:

Clearing the TIF Cache -
Safely Delete the Temporary Internet Files

How to Delete the Contents of the Temporary Internet Files Folder

Delete view off-line files not the pages File, Save as.
