IE wont load any pages. Just opens up to a white blank page.

When i open up IE it doesn't load any pages. It just displays a blank white
page. Theirs no sign of it loading at all.

This happen to me a few days ago too, i used system restore when my IE was
working fine and it fixed the problem.

Now it happened again, i dont want to keep using system restore to get it
fixed.

Any idea what causing this problem and how i can fix it.
