IE will not open

I can connect to the internet via Netscape 7.2, but when I try to open IE
6.0, it tries, but just closes without connecting. This happened in a
matter of 3 hours--used it at 7 pm then tried again at 10 pm and no connect.
No one else touched my computer--no children in the house. I do have sp1
for IE6 and am running Windows XP Pro SP2. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Never mind, I did uninstall the toolbar and it let me in. The funny thing
is it wouldn't let me go to Microsoft.com, had to go back to Netscape to to
that.
