IE Trusted Sites alert

The flwg popup occurred, in short:

"The user Owner, has decided to block the trusted site
www.richardtim from being added to Internet Explorer."

Two things:
a)MSAS did not allow me to complete the full URL address
before producing this alert message.
b)I was adding the site to the Restricted Sites zone!
