Microsoft alert pop-up not fast enough

Microsoft alert pop-up allow or block is not fast enough,
it takes about 5-10 second to respond when i added a site
on internet explorer Trusted sites and Restricted sites
what happen if a spyware try to add site on the trusted
site by the time the microsoft alert the site is already
added.

pop-up alert response is slow but when i block the site
it didn't add to the trusted site.

Under the hood, it is aware, but visual alerting the user might not be as
instantaneous, should be optimized in future updates.
