IE Script Error Messages-How Stop

G

I continue to get "Internet Explorer Script Error" with "Do you want to
continue?" messages while on the net. The only option is "Yes" or "No". My
service provider is Juno. The screen for Juno does not look or have the
buttons of IE, so:
1. Why do I get this message? For instance, when I went to another section
of the XP board, "Line 77" seemed to be a problem, and I could not click
"Yes,no" quick enough to get out of the page before a new message with the
same line number came up. Repeatedly!
2. Can the message be disabled? Clicking "No" seems to make no differance
in the content I see.
3. Is IE running in the background with a Juno "face" on the screen?
Thanks for your help and support, you folks do a great job!

Launch Internet Explorer and from the Toolbar select
Tools > Internet Options. Scroll down to "Disable Script
Debugging" and place a check next to it. Then scroll
down to "Display a notification about every script error"
and remove the check next to it, then click Apply.

Thanks Carey, but Internet Explorer is not installed, as far as I can tell!
Hence, the third part of my question about Juno and the appearance of my
browser. I believe I deleted IE in frustration a while ago, but I still
sometimes get IE (it has the usual IE look and buttons) showing up when I get
a popup, for allied sites for instance. A Search gives me the following
files:
C:\Program Files, which contains Connection Wizard, Sign up, and Plugins.
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Microsoft which
contains Quick Launch.
That's all! Do I need to reinstall IE to shut off the Error messages? How
does IE launch when it isn't installed? I'm really confused. Thanks for
replying, Carey. Your work is much appreciated. I notice your name shows up
all over this and other boards, And not many "thank you's". So "thanks alot
for your work"!

Since it really isn't possible to uninstall Internet Explorer
from Windows XP, try the following:
Go to Start > Run and type: IEXPLORE.EXE , and hit enter.
If it does, then perform the changes I recommended earlier.
Launch Internet Explorer and from the Toolbar select
Tools > Internet Options. Scroll down to "Disable Script
Debugging" and place a check next to it. Then scroll
down to "Display a notification about every script error"
and remove the check next to it, then click Apply.

Thanks Carey, I think that did it!
Another silly question. When I come to this site, and others, the page
doesn't always fit in my browser window. It's annoying to have to scroll
side to side. Is there a command to make the page fit the window side to
side?
