IE problems when opening

When i open my browser a window pops up to insert Win
Office XP CD. So i try to install the Office XP CD it is
asking for PRO.msi and its not on the CD. Is there
something associated with the start up IE thats causing
that to pop up. I did ran Ad-aware, Spybot, Hijackthis and
my antivirus. ITs still doing that same thing. I'm running
a Dell with Win XP on LAN. Any help is apprecaited.

not sure, office must be in your start up group somehow.
should be options to stop it from starting. or uninstall
office and start over without anything else running.
