IE Opens by itself Pls help

For some reason, and I dont know why, my IE will open up
on its own without me opening it. This really is
annoying cause it does it like every 10 min or so. I have
ran Ad-Aware, Spybot, Virus scan, tried reseting IE
settings and it keeps on doing it. Can someone pls tell
me how to get my browser to no open unless I open it.

I hate to tell you but I had the same problem and scanned
my system with every possible tool you can think of.
There had to be a worm in there causing it to do that but
it was very well hidden. I finally had to just reinstall
my operating system and that fixed the problem.
