IE opens windows installer

Everytime when i open my IE it opens a windows installer
and trys to install Windows Office XP Pro. any clues as to
why this happening. I did ran CWShedder, Ad-aware, Spybot,
HiJackThis, and my antivirus and it still opens the
windows installer. Any suggestion is appreciated.

How are you launching IE? Desktop shortcut? Or the Start | Programs |
Internet Explorer? If by the desktop shortcut, try the following and see if
it helps.

Retore Desktop Shortcuts

Type the command in the RUN box:

REGSVR32 /i SHDOCVW
