IE Passwords

I have someone that is trying to connect to the OWA server but every time she
enters her network ID the password is automatally completed. She can't
connect with the password that is populated. She said when she tries to
change the password, she's not able to.

She is running Windows XP, and she thinks she is on IE6.

Any ideas on how to remove the remembered passwords? She don't mind if all
her passwords are cleared.

Thanks

Click on Content tab then click AutoComplete Button, make sure this Box not
checked;
Use AutoComplete for

[ ] User names and passwords on forms [ uncheck this bx]

Note you can check or uncheck the other Two boxes according to your needs!.

I actually had the user in the office today and had her try to log in from my
computer. The actual problem was that the USER was entering a incorrect
password.

I feel much better now. lol

Thanks for the response.
