IE home page

I have a new Dell computer. When I click on IE I get the Dell/Google home
page. I tried changing it by going to Internet Options, but it goes back to
the Dell page. I also tried typing the page I want and then using Internet
Options/Use Current, but, again, no sooner do I do this that the page goes
back to the Dell one. It also does that when I go to some other pages--e.g.
Amazon. Any suggestions?
