IE Home Page Changing

Need help. I've set my home page up to be what I want,
but each time I close IE and open it back up, my home
page has been changed to a site that I don't want. I've
cleared my Temp Intenet folder and deleted all cookies.
How else can I retain the home page I want and prevent my
home page from being overwritten with a home page I don't
want?
