IE HISTORY

i've choose delete cookies option and ticked the box of cleaning
temporary fold when shut off computer , but when i restart IE, I found
there's still one or two cookie left. history are still there and the
option of cleaning temporary fold automaticlly when exit doesn't
funtion at all, unless i press the botton of deleting history, but why
auto delete doesn't work?
i tried for several times and got the same results. I don't know why.
hope someone would give me instructions. thanks a lot.
I'm sure my computer is not infected with virus.

When you start up you grab cookies and temp files from the homepage.

Close IE, clear your cookies and temp files in explorer goto
Documents and Settings\<your Dir>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files

See if there not gone (might have to hit F5 to refresh).
