IE cannot display page

Since about 10 days I have a problem that on my PC the Webpage I want to view
says it's done but nothing is displayed. I am sure that the Webpage works as
it displays correct on other PC's.

I thought that I maybe delete the cookies, etc. but it still doesn't work.
Wanting to delete the Temporary Internet Files in C:\Documents and
Settings\Profile Name\Local Settings I noticed that I am missing the History
and the Temporary Internet Files Folder. I don't know if that may be the
same issue.

What could cause that the Webpage doesn't display and how do I restore the
History and Temporary Internet Files Folder in my File System.

Thanks for your inputs.

The History folder location is :
"%userprofile%\Local settings\History"

The Temporary Internet files folder location is (If it is in default location):
"%userprofile%\Local settings\temporary internet files"

I know that the folders should be there, however, in the local settings only
Application Data and Temp Folders are shown. I have not changed the defaut
location but the other two folders aren't there anymore.

Open up a "my computer" window, then ....

..... tools ... folder options ... view

Uncheck the "HIDE SYSTEM FILES" you will get a message that you should not
do this. Then your "missing" folders should appear.
