IE Exploreris Jerky

I just installed Windows XP Pro on my comp. Has a AMD 3500+ CPU in it. When I
got online all webpages are jerky when I scroll up or down. It is almost like
tons of stuff is trying to run at once but checked and nothing is running
that shouldn't be. I have the latest version of IE Explorer.

LOL Thanks for letting us know what worked, my solution would have been
either new drivers or to check your smooth scrolling options. Nice. I am
glad you told us what it was because we get some odd questions. Stick around
and help if you want :)
