IE brings loaded window to front

I've done a websearch on this, and found people asking the same question, but
no solution.

When I load an internet page, I will swich application to Outlook, Excel or
messnger. As soon as the page finishes loading it brings itself to the front,
interrupting my typing. This doesn't happen on my other computers.

I'm on windows XP SP2 and most uptodate IE6

Is there a setting in IE options, or in the registry to prevent this from
happening?

The UNDO file at http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm (line #66
right-side) makes the same registry edit that's in 886217.

Hi,
The "Prevent programs from stealing focus" vbs file at
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm (line 66) may help. It
probably won't be 100% effective. But, you can undo it if necessary.
