IE blank web page

hi,

my os system is window xp sp and my ie is 6.01.
last weekend i downloaded chinese (both traditional and
simplifed)and japanese iput methods, and also their menus
and dialogs for ie6 sp1.

however, after i installed those components, all the
japanese and simplifed chinese web pages suddenly became
unvailable. (english and traditional chinese is ok.)every
time i access these sites, a blank but done page jumped
out. i had no trouble viewing them before this happened.
even i uninstalled them, the problem was still not solved.

what should i do?

There's a fix for the blank page issue (a blank page comes
up when a new page is opened):

In Start, Run, type the following WITHOUT the quote marks:
"regsvr32 urlmon.dll"

no. it doesn't work.
by the way, i don't have problem with english web pages.
it only happens when i try to access some non-english web
sites.
