IE 6.0 error message

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this error message
that pops up from WINTOOL everytime I open IE and/or go to
a new web page?

WINTOOLS caused an invalid page fault in
module <unknown> at 0000:00011928.

It depends if you installed something called Wintools deliberately or
if it was foisted upon you.
