ICS problem

Computers on my network (besides mine) cant access any pages besides google
sites/messenger/aol email/xmls. Client PCs can ping sites.

setup:

modem ---> my computer (ics host) ------> router ------> other computers

My setup has worked fine in the past. The only thing i can think of that
might have stuffed ICS up is that i installed a VPN client on my PC. I later
noticed it says you must uninstal ICS before using. I didn't do that.

So did VPN stuff ICS up? If so, how could i fix it?

thanks

thankyou for replying! :)

ummm i've downloaded DrTCP (http://www.dslreports.com/drtcp) for changing
the MTU settings. What MTU value should i change it to? (from the looks of
it, both my USB DSL modem & the NIC to the router are set to 1300 MTU. The
registry says that too, but if you go modify, the value says 514.

And is this change only required on the host PC? Cos, i have other devices
(eg. PSP, DS, 360 etc that don't go that deep).. so yeah :/

I would test the MTU settings. this search result may help,

troubleshooting ie issues Can't access some web sites Can't access some secure web pages ... That computer can access some web sites like www.chigaotech.net but not Google.com... ...
