ICQ

I cannot find in any manual or even "For Dummies" books, a discussion of just
exactly what is ICQ! I have to believe it is Windows Messenger. Since I do
not use Windows Messenger, nor have any need ever to use it, can I safely
remove ICQ from Programs without affecting anything else?? It is a large,
large progam, and I need all the space I can get.

Visit the ICQ website www.icq.com
I doubt you need it. I don't have it and never have. Nor do I have windows
messenger, which I once had. I believe both of these programs to be
unnecessary (although, I'm more sure that ICQ is not needed)

If Pac-Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened
rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic
music.
