Hi everyone,
I have an Lenovo / IBM Thinkpad X60s with a fingerprint sensor. It is
connected to a domain. When it is switched on at the office, where the
ethernet is plugged in, it comes on normally.
When it is switched on when it is not plugged in (e.g at home) when I log
on, it takes a few minutes for the system to come up with my icons. Even
Ctrl + Alt + Del is delayed! When the icons come, it works properly. If I
log off and log back on, it comes on as if it was online.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
It seems to switch on about 30 seconds faster now I Windows Updated it. I'm
not entirely sure if all of the updates are installed.
