Hi, Fran.
I would like to import my MS WORKS database file into Excell. Any
suggestions.

This isn't an Excel newsgroup, so you can't expect us to know how to use
Excel to import file formats from anything but Microsoft Access databases,
which this newsgroup is dedicated to.

However, you can open the database in Works and select the File -> Save
As... menu, then select the "Save As Type" combo box and choose "Text &
Commas (.csv)," then navigate to the directory you want to save the file and
press the "Save" button. Open the resulting .CSV file in Excel, and you now
have a spreadsheet. You can convert it into an XLS file with Excel if you
need to save formatting and formulas and such.

Any further Excel questions should be posted in an Excel newsgroup, so that
you can get better and quicker answers from the Excel experts.
