I sent a video 145000 bits,

windows mail continues to try to send it and I can not get it to stop it has
been 3 days. what so i do to stop sending the message. It will not allow me

Shut down or restart the machine.

Open Internet Explorer web browser FIRST, go to File menu>work offline.

Now open Windows Mail, "refuse to go on line", go to the tools
menu>options>General tab>remove the checkmark from 'send and receive at
start up'.

Go to the Outbox and delete that stupid message.

you should be able to delete it.
