Ok, absolutely tons more than you need to know Here

Think maybe I might write a similar, though abreviated, guide for this place :)

Nope, I agree with you m8.

There are far too many questions to ask concerning building PC's. You would just be here forever and still on;ly have the parts in antistatic wraps.

Most hardware manuals have all instructions with em anyway

To be honest, i must have built literally hundreds of PC's in my time but havn't built one since about 2003!! I think i'd be a little bit stressed now incase i blew something up!! lol. I think i'd probably be alright, i guess the basics havn't changed too much. Well, lets hope not!! haha.

Step A: Screw motherboard directly onto back plate. hehe (thats a joke, incase anyone decides to follow that!!)

iz u not in 2 asking for plse & thnk u or is u a div?
Ok lets get back to UK English, it would be nice if you had said please and/or thank you for the help people offer you instead of demanding things. Being pleasant goes a long way!

But if you want a good book, try:
Scott Mueller - Upgrading & Repairing PC's, Current edition comes with a DVD that explains how to do things in easy tutorials.
