I need to convert Powerpoint to a training document for students

I need to create a training document from a powerpoint training presentation
for the class. What is the best way to do this. Is there any software
available that can help.

You have the option to print out handouts, or use the Send to Word option.

Can you explain what you mean by training document and we'll maybe be able
to help. Maybe "Send to > Microsoft Word" would help.

I can suggest to burn your powerpoint presentation to DVD player for watching
it on TV

Unless you have something like Adobe Acrobat, download a free PDF writer such
as Cute PDF Writer. With this one, the PDF writer appears as a printer for
the purposes of [File]-[Print]. Write the slides as handouts to pdf and
distribute that.
