I need a clean install !

I am trying to load windows xp professional on my home
computer but it will not install all the files. These
files will not install every time I try ; clspack.exe,
javacypt.dll, javaperm.hlp, javaprxy.dll, javart.dll,
javasec.hlp, jdbmgr.exe, jview.exe, msawt.dll,
msjdbc10.dll, nt5java.inf, vmhelper.dll, wjview.exe,
dx3j.dll and jit.dll Can someone please help me !
