I have a message after I close Microsoft Outlook

After I close microsoft outlook I get a message "Microsoft Outlook has
encountered a problem & needs to close". The error signature is AppName:
outlook.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.6604 ModName: outlib.dll ModVer: 9.0.0.6627 Offset:
000434ab

Could you please help to solve this problem
